	Situational Analysis Commonwealth Chesapeake Power Station is a 315-MW oil-fired peaking facility located in New Church, Virginia. The facility is currently contracted under a tolling agreement. Upon the expiration of the tolling agreement, the facility expects to operate as a merchant plant in the PJM market. Fieldstone Role Fieldstone acted as exclusive financial advisor to Tyr Energy, Inc. with respect to the acquisition of the facility from Tenaska Power Fund, LP and the subsequent debt financing.
