	Situational Analysis GNPower Ltd. Co. was established to develop, own and operate power generation projects and associated facilities in the Philippines. GNPower is in the late stages of development of Mariveles, a 2 x 300 MW (net) clean pulverized coal-fired power plant on Luzon Island. The plant will sell a significant portion of its output under long-term contracts to local counterparties.
