Situational Analysis

    Fieldstone was financial advisor and placement agent to CSW Energy with respect to raising non-recourse project financing for a 325MW gas-fired contract/merchant co-generation facility located at the Phillip's refinery complex in Texas, US.

     

    Subsequently, Fieldstone advised CSW Energy on sale of its 50% limited partner equity interest in Sweeny Cogen. Following an international auction the stake was sold to GE Capital.
