	Situational Analysis Teesside Power Ltd (TPL), a 1,875 MW gas-fired power station is one of the world’s largest IPPs. Following the demise of Enron, a key off-taker, the project has suffered financial difficulties. Shareholders were looking for ways to unlock value. Fieldstone Role Fieldstone advised TPL on a complete restructuring, provisioning structuring and valuation analysis. Fieldstone participated in negotiating for and assisting with the restructuring of key project contracts, as well as preparation of reports and presentations on behalf of TPL to its senior lenders and project counterparties.
