Kiowa Power Partners, LLC (KPP), a special purpose company for a 1,220 MW natural gas-fired, combined-cycle electric generating plant located in Oklahoma.
PRG Kiowa, LLC, DONCO, LLC and Longview Generation, LLC originally developed the project and then sold their interest in KPP to Tenaska and Diamond Generating Corporation, retaining subordinated economic interest in the project cash flows.
The original developers sought to monetize their subordinated economic interest.
