Juliet Wallace re-joined Fieldstone in 2007, after previously working at the firm from 1992 to 1999.  She has in-depth experience in the execution of project finance and M&A transactions in the energy and infrastructure industries worldwide, having advised clients on over $8 billion of transactions.  Ms. Wallace has raised development capital, construction and permanent debt, and equity for a wide variety of projects.  She has negotiated, structured and documented complex multi-sourced financings, utilizing commercial bank loans, public bonds, export credits and multilateral agency funding.  In addition, she has advised clients on buy-side and sell-side M&A assignments in the independent power, industrial and service sectors.

 

Prior to re-joining Fieldstone, Ms. Wallace was a Director at Dexia Global Structured Finance, LLC responsible for executing M&A and financing transactions in the energy sector.  She spent three years as a Vice President in BNY Capital Markets, Inc.’s Merchant Banking Group where she advised middle market companies on debt and equity financings as well as mergers and acquisitions over a broad range of industries.  Prior to BNY, Ms. Wallace was a Director in the Energy Investment Banking Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers Securities LLC.  Prior to joining Fieldstone, she launched the Asset Structuring Group at Mitsubishi Finance International in London, and also worked in the Debt Syndication and Distribution Group at Security Pacific Merchant Bank (now Bank of America) in London and at Security Pacific National Bank (now Bank of America) in Tokyo.  Ms. Wallace received a B.B.A. in Finance and International Business and an M.B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin.
